Sakura is worried that their is no heaven scroll left for them. They spent two days to let their wounds heal after their battle against Orochimaru and Team Dosu. Sasuke says that the next enemy they meet could be their last chance to win. Sasuke then leaves to go and get some water.
Naruto and Sakura are thinking about looking inside the scroll.
Meanwhile, another duo of Genins had the same idea. But everyone who peeks at the scrolls are hit in the eye with a spell of hypnosis the moment they looked inside. They all lay unconscious here in the forest of death until after the exam was over.
Kabuto prevents Naruto from looking inside the scroll and saves Team 7.
Naruto and Sakura refused to fight against Kabuto as he saved the team. But Sasuke says that it is probably the only way to pass the test.
But Kabuto says that Sasuke is lying.
Kabuto decides to help Team 7.
As going to the tower in the center of the forest is one of the goal of every Genin to pass the exam, it is likely that most people would be around the tower. But Kabotu says that there are many teams who can ambush Team 7 as they are other desperate teams trying to find a scroll.
Kabuto then explains that there are other types of teams that can ambush them. Sasuke understands that Kabuto decided to help them because he is also vulnerable to ambush. So helping Team 7 is also useful for him.
Naruto was afraid that an enemy could ambush them. But it was just a gross centipede. Team 7 and Kabuto try to get closer to the Tower but they can't.
They were running around in circles because of an enemy Genjutsu!

Chapter 62
Team 7 and Kabuto are fighting against a lot of doppelgangers. They try to solve the mystery about these doppelgangers. Are they illusions or solid clones?
The Ame Team is an expert of Genjutsu! Their formation is quite clever, I like that.
"If we were to dissipate all of the illusions simultaneously, whoever's casting them wouldn't be able to just hurl knives at us without us seeing where they're hiding!" Naruto
Naruto expanded all his chakra and can barely fight. The Ame Team decide to end the fight.
But Sasuke, Sakura and Kabuto suddenly appears behind the ninjas from Ame!
Naruto's strategy was excellent! But Naruto used a lot of Chakra and is tired. Sasuke says Naruto should rest and he will handle the rest.
But Naruto still has enough chakra to continue the fight! Sasuke is surprised by Naruto's strength.
Kabuto thinks Naruto has the potential to become a monster thanks to his immense chakra.
Naruto tries to fight the real body, even if Sasuke thinks it is a waste of effort.
Sasuke decided to use the last of his chakra to use his Sharingan. But every time Sasuke uses it, his neck aches. When Sasuke used his Sharingan, he found that there are no real bodies among the ones they can see. Naruto then asks where the real attacks come from as illusions can't punch or stab.
So these three Ninjas from Ame can use Doton and Genjutsu. Their team fight was very impressive!
